5☆ Crossbody1 ☆ for color.. I will explain Pros vs ConsIt all started out I surprised my Daughter with this exact bag but the Star Wars pattern Cotton Crossbody and Star Wars small cotton 3 in 1 for Mother's Day.. she was saying a month earlier how bad her crossbody was hurting her sholders she has Fibro to and it was leather I told her how light weight Vera Bradley bags were. Mother's Day she was so happy and surprised she is a huge Star Wars fan and how light weight it was then said mom why didn't you not get one..lol..was not thinking Chiari ?fog I was on a mission lol..so my searching began.I was so happy and excited looking forward to using this bag !!September is Chiari Malformation Awareness month purple is the Awareness color also my favorite color ? I was looking for a new light weight crossbody bag do to having Chiari 1 Malformation Cervical Instability and after my Craniotomy my other crossbody's and larger leather bags were to heavy on my neck to carry.PROS-I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the light weight of this Cotton Crossbody, the strap is a perfect width and adjustable length, the material did not rub or bother my neck, loved the separate outside pockets each had plenty of room for extras so you are not digging to find stuff you need, it was easy to get my hand in and out of just the right size opening and I have medium hands depending on swelling..( ladies you know the struggle of a great hand bag but with a small opening ?‍♀️ why? ) or if your purse is open and have to stop the car and it tips over all your stuff comes rolling/flying out of your handbag NOT THIS ONE, the way the zippers pulled with ease they did not get stuck, not hard on my hand's or wrist when spasming or if you have arthritis.The inside is a perfect size to hold my long wallet, phone, mask, pen, chapstick, small kleenex, meds, hand sanitizer, your daily essentials etc..CONS-This color has like a weird fluorescent under tone in the purple dye !!I put it on my table after receiving it so I could look at the color threw out the day..but something kept bugging me the color was just off.. then it gave me a Chiari Migraine next morning called my daughter over to see if it was just me she said no but it's like a little neon in the Purple color that was my ahha moment.. the Purple color was like the haze that is given off from the Fluorescent lighting from big box and grocery stores..I was so bummed thought maybe it is just the color Purple so I purchased the exact same bag but in the pretty Blue Aster but same thing with the color beautiful but had a Fluorescent under tone also they must be in the dye. I am bummed loved everything but can not take the weird color hue!!I have other bigger Vera Bradley bags and they are very colorful but do not have this weird under tone wish it would of worked!!I also realize having Chiari 1 Malformation makes all my senses on over drive so for other's they may not notice the color hues or be bothered by it.Thank you for reading this long honest opinion I try to be very detailed incase other people have a hard time getting out and order on line like me??
